Dotson Development was brought in to look at an existing two story home on the ocean. The owners felt the need for an new elevator but required it be built out within the existing floor plan. Through careful investigation and utilizing extensive experience installing interior elevators, Dotson Development was able to come up with a solution. Due to the lack of headroom on the 2nd floor, we added a small roof penetration that allowed the custom elevator to work.
